DESCRIPTION:\nOn Friday\, November 14\, 2008\, the first annual “Mom’s For Mikey”\, sponsored by The Mikey Czech Foundation\, Inc. (the “Foundation”)\, was held at The Country Club of New Canaan.  The "Mom's Night Out" event was held to honor the memory of Mikey Czech\, in addition to raise money for the Foundation.  The Foundation's mission is to finance research and raise awareness for pediatric brain cancer\, specifically\, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) which Mikey died from on September 7\,  2008. \nPictured are the"Moms for Mikey" Committee. With their help\, and the support of a generous anonymous donor\, the event raised $125\,000.00. \n  \n
